  摘要:近年来,在旅游业蓬勃发展的带动下,国内酒店业发展迅猛,社会关注度也日益飙升,业内竞争日益激烈,而员工成为最重要的竞争核心。而酒店员工流动性大、不稳定一直以来都是酒店行业最为突出的问题。为了酒店很好地留住人才,更好地用好人才,为酒店保持长久竞争优势打下基础。本文以成都华尔道夫酒店为例,通过对酒店员工进行访谈了解和问卷调查,将所得的数据进行分类汇总,分析其变动情况,从而总结出这些因素中权重最高的几种,并以这几点为突破口,以酒店员工的工作满意度为研究角度展开论述,有针对性地提出提高酒店员工满意度的合理化建议。
